Sales Operations Analyst in Lehi, UT
The Sales Operations Analyst works as a key member of the Sales Operations team. They are responsible for processing, managing, updating and reporting on key company data housed within our Salesforce.com CRM system. Some of these responsibilities include: sales forecasting and reporting, data analysis, sales productivity, and CRM data maintenance. In addition, this person will work on various analysis projects to create new or improve existing models/business processes.
Essential Functions:
- Act as primary point of contact for company-wide sales metrics, KPIs, and reporting
- Assess, prepare, present, and distribute sales performance data and KPIS to executive team, global sales directors, and general sales staff
- Analyze sales and market trends to improve sales funnel progression
- Manage and track sales pipeline progress and throughput
- Track and manage various sales rep productivity dashboards
- Provide routine various sales forecasts
- Contribute to board-facing reports and materials that summarize company’s current, historical, and future sales bookings
- Provide other sales- and product-related ad hoc analysis
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (business, finance, accounting, economics, statistics, etc)
- Attention to detail and ability to provide both data analysis and presentation of data
- Ability to work in a team setting, as well as independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to present analysis and ideas clearly using oral, written, and visual skills
- Prior experience and familiarity with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Excel
- Prior experience in at least one of the following not required, but desired: As a sales rep, as an analyst, as a Salesforce administrator
- Possess the following skills: Analytical thinking, problem solving, technical analysis, mathematics, verbal communication, and strategic planning
Hiring Salary Range
- $80,000 to $85,000 salary range depending on qualifications
