Job Title: Area Specialist of Business Development

The Salesperson will align with the company mission, vision, and values, and work individually within their assigned territory to build relationships with referral sources and generate qualified prospects for a growing Home Care organization that results in meeting branch admission goals. Salesperson will document their business development activities through the company's customer relationship management system. Salesperson work with branch director and area business development leadership to ensure their admission targets are met using KPI’s as a guide.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, SKILLS & ABILITIES

· Bachelor’s degree in Sales and/or Marketing preferred, or a combination of equivalent experience and education.
· Minimum of 2 years previous sales experience with knowledge of worker comp, geriatric care, care management or health care preferred. · Professional presentation and consultative sales skills required.
· Ability to interface effectively and professionally with clients and stakeholders, including family, physicians, attorneys, etc.
· Ability to work in a team environment.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule.
· Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills required.
· Computer proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power-Point required.
· Reliable transportation required.
· Valid driver’s license and proof of current auto insurance may be required based on marketplace.

Outreach activity. 80%
Documentation and office meetings. 20%

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
