Objective

Looking for a customer oriented and sales focused minded candidate to manage, prospect and follow up with leads in our parts & service department. You will proactively manage customers and foster continued and new relationships. Must be able to negotiate, promote, and communicate business objectives to customers in a clear, concise and professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Recommends business solutions considering customer needs.
  • Manage Customer Help Line by recording customer information, researching solutions and following up with external customers.
  • Leverages cross-functional resources to achieve results or meets customer needs.
  • Contributes to daily tasks and responsibilities of the sales team.
  • Control inbound/outbound emails, calls, and other communications effectively.
  • In alignment with all industry trends and demographic needs.
  • Team work mindset to collaborate with other representatives.
  • To effectively understand the value proposition of Caterpillar assets.
  • Works under general supervision; acts independently to handle standard problems but usually report on such problems; refers unusual problems to a supervisor/manager.

Qualifications

Preferred Bachelor's degree in related field and two years of inside sales experience, or five years of industry experience with two years of sales experience and managing customer relation accounts.
