Job Summary: The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for selling, promoting and growing Wildman in their designated sales region with the most appropriate and profitable product and service offerings. Specific product focuses include Uniform and Linen Rental, First Aid and CleanTeam among others. The BDR will be responsible for achieving a target foal of $100 AWR (average weekly revenue) per week from their accounts and ensure new accounts on being sold and prepared for onboarding through the customer experience team. Business Development Representatives earn a solid base salary plus bonus compensation and is given a cell phone and car allowance.
