Full description of the position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team in all areas of sales and product procurement lead generation. They will be a highly organized self-starter who is capable of working cross-functionally on the planning and implementation of sales and procurement projects. This candidate will keep schedules, and provide sales needs including catalog, pricing, and marketing strategies. Research and source new potential opportunities based on the company's current products and develop new product lines based on customer needs.

You should have knowledge and/or experience in most of these areas:

· Cohesively work with Sales Department to meet customer requests, price needs, and timelines

· Sourcing and researching new opportunities and preparing sales documents.

· Analysis new opportunities and customers’ needs and analysis if we can meet the requirements.

· Responsible for researching and developing existing and new product solutions.

· Coordinate both US and China teams to ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed on time

· Internet research (both Domestic and International) and also in store with store employees and customers to find popular/trending items and growing categories.

· Create sales pitch deck or sales catalogs.

Skills/Competencies

• Prior 1-2 years’ experience selling and/or supporting the sale of products and services; Public Sector sales/sales support experience preferred.
• Project Management – Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and on time. The ability to plan and evaluate progress towards goals including meeting all deadlines/due dates.
• Communication – Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive Problem-solving – Strong problem-solving skills including finding creative solutions and excellent implementation.
• Self-Starter with the ability to work independently.
• BI-LINGUAL in ENGLISH/MANDARIN IS REQUIRED.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
