Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Logistics Sales Executive to join our team in Covington, KY. The Logistics Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining a book of business, fostering customer relationships, and working with their customers to meet their freight needs. This role is ideal for a professional with strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills, who is seeking a rewarding career with a Fast 55 Company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential customers and establish new relationships
• Maintain current customer accounts and broaden business opportunities by collaborating with the Business Development Manager
• Maintain constant communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify any issues
• Utilize TMS to track customer interactions and issues
• Demonstrate adaptability, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills to address customer needs

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in sales and closing deals is a plus
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail, multitasking, and technological skills
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage and operate in a high volume environment
