Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, engaging new and existing customers
• Carry out lead qualification activities
• Enter and process orders, maintaining an efficient process
• Utilize Salesforce to ensure the accuracy of customer, account, and lead data
• Create a specified number of new SalesForce opportunities, make outbound calls, answer inbound calls, and close sales
• Attain monthly/quarterly/yearly individual sales targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, administration, or a related discipline
• Experience/knowledge in the equipment industry, specifically construction, concrete pumping, or cranes and rigging, is a plus
• Expertise in closing sales with product and solution
• Exceptional internal and external relationship-building skills
• Strong organization and prioritization capabilities, detail-oriented
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Team player mindset with a high level of dedication

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
