We are searching for a welcoming and coachable Entry Level Sales Representative who desires to grow within a company and take our client relationships to the next level. The Entry Level Sales Representative will amplify productivity, increase retention, and strengthen the team's overall morale.

Our expertise is partnering with some of the world’s largest brands to create awareness of their services while helping them drive products to their customers with creative sales and marketing techniques. Our mission is to provide the best customer experience to every customer, every time; thus, properly managing our client’s brand, customers, and expectations should be of the utmost importance to the Entry Level Sales Representative.

Basic Job Requirements/Responsibilities:

• 1-2 years of retail, sales, marketing, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be 18 years of age.
• Develop and manage positive business relationships with retail store management and employees.
• Attend requested training sessions and conference calls.
• Willing to greet customers to build relationships and promote products face to face.
• Generate revenue for the client by achieving personal and office sales goals.
• Building trust with customers, using effective consultative selling techniques.
• Adherence to published work schedules, meal breaks, and timekeeping.
• Flexibility and willingness to work day shifts, evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Willingness to learn and utilize proven techniques
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
