Carolina Carpet and Floors is a small business in Fayetteville, NC. We are professional, fast-paced and our goal is to is to floor peoples homes, flip houses and DIY projects by offering great customer service, great prices and quality installations.

We are seeking a Sales person with estimator skills in flooring t o join our team and provide accurate cost estimates for customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in the with customers service and a strong understanding of the estimating process. The Sales Estimator will be responsible for assisting customers on site in the store and out in the field in their home, ability analyzing project plans is a plus. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Provide technical advice on the development of cost estimates.
• Prepare estimates for material, labor, installations, and other related costs.
• Evaluate estimates for accuracy and completeness.
• Review bid documents to ensure accuracy of bids.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
