The BDC Agent I/Call Center will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing their needs promptly and professionally.

Position Summary

The Business Development Consultant (BDC) Agent 1 is a specialized, highly trained & skilled member of the Service Center. The BDC handles inbound service reservation calls. The BDC must possess outstanding communication skills, be cheerful and enthusiastic disposition, and possess the ability to speak articulately, have great work ethic, be able to handle a large number of calls, work well with a team and enjoy helping guests.

Major Essential Duties:

• Promptly and professionally answer multiple inbound calls with the number one goal being to provide an exceptional client experience and to schedule a solid and specific service reservation with the service team.
• Master and follow all training materials including inbound service scripts and all word tracks and scripts in MyKaarma software to accurately set inbound service reservations.
• Provide clients with information pertaining to current service offerings.
• Keep current with service specials, all direct mail pieces, and recall notices from the manufacturer.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $18.50 - $20 / hour to start (DOE)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have basic operational software techniques for Reynolds & Reynolds and MyKaarma Service CRM.
• Must have an aptitude & desire to develop a solid understanding of product information related to all Toyota & Scion, or Lexus vehicles and all maintenance & repair services provided by the service department and listed in MyKaarma/ R & R.
• Must be willing to understand and adhere to the department “Policies and Procedures Manual.”
• Must have the ability to meet or exceed all Key Performance Indicators that measure your performance.
