What Are We Looking for in the Ideal Candidates?
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who is ready and able to lead a diverse and successful sales team. This is a terrific opportunity to take your aerospace career to the next level with an extremely successful, global company.
What You Will Be Doing
The Inside Sales Manager will lead a team of 6 - 8 inside sales representatives to aggressively prospect and drive new sales within the aerospace hardware industry. This position will provide tactical leadership for the group and will ensure effective coordination of team efforts. The Inside Sales Manager will coach and develop members of the team to maintain superior sales skills within the organization. The Inside Sales Manager will have responsibility for the location meeting its expense and revenue plan. The ideal candidates must have a record of success in account development, lead qualification, project management, and winning business through partnership and industry knowledge. This candidate must be a fast-paced, goal-oriented individual who can provide world-class customer service

Experience and Requirements:
- SAP system knowledge (highly desired)
- CRM software experience a plus
- minimum of 5 years of industry inside and outside sales experience is required
- A minimum of 5 years of industry sales management experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related major (Preferred).
- An Aerospace Hardware/Fastener background is required
- Knowledge of clients, vendors, and products is highly desired
- Record of job stability
- A minimum of three years of business-to-business sales experience.
- PC proficient including Microsoft Office Suites to include intermediate excel skils.
