LX Life Insurance is looking for self-starting Life Insurance Agents to join our company. The primary responsibilities will be to identify sales opportunities for insurance plans and overseeing a portfolio of clients. At LX, we believe in being kind-hearted, committed people, so anyone that joins the company would need to live out those values as well.

Minimum Qualifications

• Be able to obtain or currently possess a property & casualty insurance license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain competitive and coachable while working in a fast-paced sales environment
• A positive, ambitious attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Life Insurance License

Responsibilities

• Work to obtain necessary licensing – we provide paid training and cover all fees
• Provide every client exceptional customer service
• Achieve or exceed sales goals and objectives
• Provides rate quotes and coverage recommendations; assists with long-term planning
• Assists with completion of application and other necessary paperwork; obtains underwriting approval.
