Assistant Site Manager - Rejuvenation

About Site Operations

Site Operations is a key function in the Direct to Consumer (DTC) organization that collaborates cross-functionally to help Rejuvenation continue to create an immersive, ecommerce first experience for our consumers. The team drives site operations strategy and execution for the website, collaborating with the Site Merchandising team to drive site implementation of the creative and content strategy, website design, consumer experience strategy and optimization as well as with the Site Management and Production team.

Overview of the Assistant Site Manager role

As the Assistant Site Manager you will execute online business, content changeovers, and new feature rollout within the Rejuvenation brand in order to maximize sales. Identify opportunities and recommend new concepts to effectively manage website operations. Work collaboratively cross-functionally with website merchandisers, creative, e-marketing, and inventory teams to ensure flawless execution. Participate in a dynamic, fast-paced, and fun team environment.


Responsibilities

  • Manages quarterly product launches in partnership with the web merchandising team and product merchants
  • Responsible for troubleshooting, escalating, and resolving site issues with internal and IT business partners
  • Support cross-functional partners by providing technical assistance related to the website
  • Collaborate with creative teams and front end-developers to test and make updates to website
  • Utilize JIRA to organize and manage tickets to completion
  • Provide sound recommendations for site enhancements to improve customer experience through site search, navigation and merchandising feature
  • Key contributor to QA and UAT process for all new site enhancements with eCommerce and cross functional teams
  • Maintain and manage UAT and brand preview enviroments
  • Utilize analytics to make data-driven and/or informed decisions or recommend insightful actions that affect shopping & navigational experience
  • Perform frequent site audits to ensure accuracy of promotions and experiences
  • Identify key internal and external partnerships that support site maintenance and growth goals
  • Perform other duties as needed/assigned

Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce in preferred
  • Prior experience in Content Management Platforms and ticketing systems, such as JIRA
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and UX/UI Design is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills with proven track record of delivering high quality work under tight timelines
  • Very detail oriented with ability to multi-task and maintain organization
  • Work well independently and collaboratively with all levels of the organization
  • Must demonstrate sound decision-making and ability to react quickly under pressure
  • Ability to perform work onsite in the Portland office full-time pending state, local, and Company return-to-work guidance during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
