As a medical sales representative, you’ll play a crucial role in spreading awareness about our life-saving products and ensuring patients receive the care they need.

The ideal candidate for this position is financially motivated, goal oriented, and gravitates towards big-ticket, uncapped commission opportunities. Qualified candidates are dependable, self-disciplined, and able to perform under limited supervision. One year of previous sales experience is required; experience as a medical sales representative is preferred but not required.

Pay: $60,000 - $150,000 a year.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Calling on warm leads generated from our website and marketing campaigns
• Assisting patients with respiratory illnesses over the phone, helping them decide and purchase the oxygen therapy equipment that best suits their needs
• Consistently exceeding performance targets and daily call quotas
• Updating customer information in our CRM (Customer Relations Management) software
• Communicating effectively with team members and management
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive, uncapped commission and bonuses
• Earn $60,000 - $150,000 annually. Top performers are earning $100,000-$150,000 in their first year.

Required Skills & Experience

• One year of previous sales experience is required; telephone sales experience is preferred but not necessary
• Applicants must be very comfortable with technology; experience using CRM software, or VOIP system is a plus
• Qualified candidates should possess excellent verbal skills, being comfortable closing sales over the phone
• Medical sales representatives must be empathetic listeners and creative problem solvers
• Applicants should be ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated to take initiative performing tasks without prompting
• Must be willing to work full time

• 8 hour shifts
