At Atlanta Compressor, we provide peace of mind to manufacturing and other industrial industries by supplying & maintaining production critical equipment. We know that manufacturing is critical to a strong American economy and it is our responsibility to help keep the plants running. We sell & service the industrial compressed air systems that our customers rely on as the life-blood to their operation. Without compressed air, the entire plant/facility is shut down or at reduced capacity.

SO WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
Make our CUSTOMERS love us and continue to be raving fans of our company
Make outbound prospecting calls to identify opportunities and set appointments for Sales Reps
Field all inbound sales calls, pre-qualify the lead, and set appointments for the sales team
Build relationships and find ways we can provide REAL value to future customers
Assist in generating the leads required to achieve our mission
Taking ownership of the inside sales process and growing it at a pace that is aligned to our mission
Assist the Marketing Manager with creating compelling content for social media, newsletter, emails and blogs
Be involved in developing and innovating our process to improve conversions and costs per lead
Comfortable with a high performance culture and the ability to rise up to meet challenges head on
Assist with other marketing duties as required

THINGS YOU HAVE DONE IN THE PAST
5+ years of being a Relationship Building Badass
1-2 years Sales experience
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Quickly and easily adapted to new technology with proper training
Email, text and make calls like a rockstar
2+ years CRM experience
THINGS YOU WILL BE GRADED ON
Number of conversations that result in qualified leads
Number of appointments set/week
Number inbound/outbound calls/day
