Are you a highly motivated, outgoing, and responsible person? Lendward is looking to fill two full-time call center agent positions immediately. We are looking for money motivated individuals that are organized, have reliable transportation, and have a positive attitude. This is an energetic, competitive, and fun call center environment. Call center experience is a must, and knowledge of the automotive industry, auto loans, and financing is a plus. Prefer a bilingual Spanish speaking individual.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Field Outbound Calls and generate appointments with customers that contact us via the Internet or Phone.
• Deliver a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner.
• Reach out to customers via Facebook, text message and phone
• Manage Meta Business Account for multiple ads
• Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no show customers
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and set appointments
• Utilize management tools, CRM software and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest. Must be knowledgeable of all products and services offered
• Be motivated to meet and exceed goals each month and quarter
• Be punctual for all work schedules and meetings.

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

• Ability to communicate orally in a clear, concise and professional manner.
• Ability to show proper judgement and initiative.
• Ability to effectively use and multi task with a personal computer; utilize job-specific software applications and other office equipment such as telephone/dialer, headset, copier, fax and calculator.
• High energy, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
• Must effectively work independently as well as with others
• Proficient in MS Office and related CRM and software applications.
• Bilingual in Spanish a must

Education

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent.

Related Work Experience

• 1+ years Customer Service and/or Sales Experience
• Previous experience in a BDC position at an automotive dealership preferred but not required
• Experience in taking incoming sales phone calls, as well as making outbound marketing calls.
• Experience utilizing Inventory and/or CRM systems
• Confident and professional phone manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
