Sales Consultant

JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating residential, commercial, and industrial sales awnings and canopies and other products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial, industrial and residential customers.
• Communicate and interface with clients regarding the status of projects via email, text, phone and in person.
• Handle the information line leads from our website and marketing campaigns.
• Screen incoming sales calls and manage prospects.
• Managing your projects from writing up the sales to collection of final payments.
• Field measure and estimate cost to quote customers on projects.

EDUCATION

• High School (required)
• Bachelor’s degree or some college degree (preferred)
• Course work in construction management (preferred)

DESIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• 2 or more years of Constructions experience including Construction Management, Project Management, Estimating, Construction Site Supervision, Construction Sales or Expediting required.
• Experience in performing take-offs from plans or electronic files, managing construction workflow, project management in trades including roofing, electrical, framing, concrete, structures or awnings/canopies is desirable.
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to draft professional correspondence
• Able to read blueprints and draft schematics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation, first year (base+commision+bonus): $42,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
