About Integrity Marketing Group

Founded in 2006, Integrity develops and distributes life and health insurance products with insurance carrier partners and markets these products through its distribution network, which includes other large insurance agencies located throughout the country that have over 100,000 independent agents.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven Agent Sales Advisor to join our team. The Agent Sales Advisor is responsible for supporting Sales VPs and their wholesalers by making proactive outbound sales calls to marketers and top agents. They will also assist with activating new wholesaler groups and be primary contact of designated wholesaler partners. This role is a key contact for top marketers and certain wholesaler principals.
What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Work with assigned Sales VP to achieve sales goal by making proactive outbound sales calls to marketers, wholesale principals and top agents with compelling sales ideas.
  • Key point of contact for assigned wholesale groups and marketers for assistance with presale support and more complex case design. Responsible to “activate” new wholesaler groups and create plan to increase production.
  • Possess knowledge of company products and ways to best position these products to agents using advanced marketing concepts. Provide agents and their staff with product information, illustrations, and materials required to be licensed and/or write business.
  • Assist wholesale groups with Business Builder, E-APP adoption, and other tools that Brokers International offers.
  • Provide mentoring, guidance, and training to other Sales Support staff members.
  • Responsible for developing sales concepts and promoting them to the field in routine cadence.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three to five years insurance/annuity sales experience is required. Previous leadership experience a plus.
  • Iowa Insurance license must be obtained within 60 days
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Effectively use methods to accomplish more in less time
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to delegate for maximum time effectiveness
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Must be able to handle customer interactions with confidence and tact
