Position
We are looking for a new member of our inside sales team to service HVAC/R Contractors, Building Owners, and Facility Management accounts.
Responsibilities
Specific Duties will include the following:
- Quoting customers on various products from the Mechanical, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Electrical, Safety, and Janitorial industries.
- Following up on quotes in a consistent manner to ensure peak customer service performance
- Processing orders and expediting them to get products to clients in a timely and professional manner
- Working with clients to provide competitive pricing with satisfactory value, determine and develop order specifications, and follow up on orders to completion
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor when dealing with our clients
- Working closely with our logistic team and warehouse associates to insure that orders are processed form start to finish and are getting into our clients hands in a timely manner
- Consult with all applicable company and supplier departments to address and resolve any clientele complaints or comments regarding customer service or product's performance.
- Following up with customers on a regular basis to ensure constant communication and updates on the company's product lines
Qualifications
It is important that our sales representatives are self-motivated and personable with an everlasting hunger to learn more about the business and earn more through results. We're always looking for team players who will remain ethical and optimistic with a commitment to customer service.
Ideal candidates should have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED Equivalent. A minimum of 1 years in the HVAC/Mechanical industry and a minimum of 1 year in a sales position plus a decent understanding of the industry standard products used in everyday service. We will, however, entertain the notion of hiring an entry-level candidate who shows promise and is willing to learn the business. We also expect our Sales Representative to have extensive Computer Proficiency, especially with Teams, MS Outlook, Word and Excel and strong Internet researching skills. Good phone skills are important as much of the job is interacting with clients to obtain and sustain business.

Compensation
- Salary $40,000-$45,000
- Health, Dental, and Vision insurance offered (after probationary period)
