SUMMARY:
The Sales and Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the Sales team in B2B marketing activities. This includes administrative duties such as supporting the Sales Team in creative work, social media, marketing related communications, support the sales events, and more.

The Sales and Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the Sales team in B2B marketing activities. This includes administrative duties such as supporting the Sales Team in creative work, social media, marketing related communications, support the sales events, and more.

- Support Sales Team by developing materials to support specific B2B marketing objectives across different markets, channels, and segments in support of our overall business objectives.
- Support variety of marketing tasks per directions provided.
- Compile content and manage outreach communications.
- Make sure marketing materials are available for sales and customers, including datasheets, white papers, guides, presentations, templates, product samples, etc.
- Interface with outside vendors when necessary to execute marketing activities.
- Coordinate media scheduling, creation, proofing, and distribution of marketing materials.
- Events
- Coordinate and support internal and external events including tradeshows, partner events, webinars, trainings, sales meetings, etc.
- Proactively manage all aspects of event planning and execution including invitations, advertising, promotion, and follow up (including timely lead collection, follow up and subsequent management in Salesforce).
- Online and social media marketing
- Coordinate and manage online marketing activities, including web presence, SEO to position FineLine as the leader in select markets and applications, and new content development.
- Manage and coordinate across regional teams to ensure that all local requirements are defined and met and global online strategy and plans meet local requirements in the regions served by FineLine.
- Utilize social media and other digital marketing tools.
- Utilize Salesforce to its full potential in campaigns, direct mailings, product introductions, reporting, etc.
- Work with sales and customer service to help ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., 40 hours per week. Occasional travel may be required for this position. This position requires the employee to work on-site at the facility they are assigned to.
