About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Real Estate Relationship Manager to support the Technology line of business, to become a trusted advisor and develop effective relationships with key business partners, to identify and prioritize business and enterprise requirements in support of overall business strategy, to provide strategic forward-thinking leadership and identify opportunities to add value via real estate solutions, to coordinate across other key stakeholders within the Corporate Properties Group including Strategy, Finance, Transaction Management, Property Management and Project Management to ensure seamless transition to implementation, and to use data to deliver insights, promote engagement and drive action.

About this role:

In this role, you will:
- Understand the Technology business strategies in order to develop a supporting set of real estate strategies and to advocate for Technology real estate needs within CPG.
- Coordinate across CPG and with Technology team workforce and real estate strategies.
- Collaborate with peers, managers and business partners to ensure that business goals are met.
- Anticipate Technology business unit leaders' needs and understand their expectations.
- Consistently seek, suggest and document cost control ideas and process improvements to optimize the effectiveness of Technology admin and specialty space in contributing to Technology performance.
- Develop and manage business unit occupancy and capital budget.
- Develop and evolve the partnership with Technology senior leadership in order to define, clarify and refine real estate needs and strategies.
- Collaborate with others, work independently, initiate action, adapt to change, make difficult decisions and accept challenging assignments.
- Previous experience in real estate strategy or relationship management in a large organization or for a major office portfolio.
- Self-starter, with a proven ability to think both strategically and tactically, diagnose opportunities and implement operationally, often in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent and proactive consulting, collaborative, influencing and partnering abilities with business executives/leaders and partners while exhibiting strong diplomacy skills.
- Strong negotiation and creative thinking skills. Strong financial and analytical acumen, including how to review, analyze, manipulate and interpret financial analyses.
- Strong reputation of integrity, accuracy, consistency, strategic vision and detail.
- 5+ years of Real Estate Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
- Ability to drive and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment.
- Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment.
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.
- Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives.
