RubberForm is a National leader in the manufacturing of safety, risk mitigation, and compliance products for four B-to-B verticals, Parking lot safety, Industrial Plant Safety, construction site safety, and public sector, governmental agencies. RubberForm markets and sells its eco-friendly, green products to 1,000’s of national, name-brand firms and major municipalities throughout the United States.

  • Full-time base starting salary at $55,000/annually plus commissions.
  • On Target Earning $85,000+, six figures attainable, NO Commission Cap.

We are actively searching for a full-time national Government Sales Manager.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Manage existing high-value pub;ic sector accounts.
  • Engage new and existing public sector customers to provide value around how their municipality can be safer with our current product offerings.
  • Produce quotes from inbound leads, follow-up calls, and follow-up on past quotes.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, detail-oriented, multi-tasker, problem solver, independent and confident sales executive.
  • Ability to learn and master technical knowledge of RubberForm's municipal safety products for parking lots, and road safety as well as environmental products and provide education to the client on their application through consultative selling.
  • Responsible for recording and completing electronic paperwork, quotes, and other tasks as needed on our NetSuite CRM system.
  • Researching and analyzing Bids, Contracts for Federal, State and Local Governments
  • Bid/Contract Documentation Management.
  • Market Analytical data collecting for Marketing to prospects and past/ current customers.
  • Utilizing our Bid/ contracting System for new opportunities.
  • Working closely with the Public Sector Sales Director to exceed the Monthly and Annual sales quotas
  • Manage and maintain customer database strictly for Governmental Accounts.
  • Outbound emails/ phone calls to update accounts.
  • Customer outreach to keep accounts up to date.
  • Assist with submitting Bids before deadline/ assisting with Bid Documentation input and submittal.
  • Follow up with past customers/projects for complete customer satisfaction.
  • Minimal Marketing Assistance/ working with RubberForm's Marketing Manager and Marketing Agency for Government Sales Email Blasts, Blog Posts, Social Media, and other.

Qualifications for the successful candidate include:

  • Government - Pubic Sector Sales Experience a must.
  • Strong computer skills, CRM software knowledge, strong communication, and phone skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Works in a team environment and possesses the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals and targets.

Highly Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with selling to Municipalities, State, and Federal agencies
  • Base knowledge of Government and how the Government operates
  • Familiarity with laws and regulations surrounding infrastructure projects where RubberForm’s products are applicable
  • B2B sales experience with proven track record of success
  • Experience selling into the commercial construction, building materials, or related industrial fields
  • General construction knowledge or experience

Pay: $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
