Tallahassee Lumber & Truss, LLC has an Inside Sales career opportunity for an experienced sales professional. This is an opportunity to work in a fast paced sales environment where relationship building, multi-tasking and teamwork are key.

We have an immediate opening for someone who has a background in building material sales/purchasing. However anyone who possess sales skills and experience with building materials should also apply. Knowledge of framing lumber, siding, doors and windows is a plus.

Description:

Preparing quotes for potential customers
Handle and process customer returns
Develop and maintain a working technical knowledge of products sold
Coordinate customer delivery requirements with the dispatcher
Purchasing of special order and stock materials
Work to generate new accounts
Provide accurate and prompt quotes
Follow up on quotes and awarded projects
Help to resolve customer concerns
Maintaining existing customers through relationship building

Qualifications:

Must have a can do, customer service first attitude
Basic math skills
A good memory to be able to retain a working technical knowledge of building materials
Prior experience with building materials is required
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Previous sales experience preferred
Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
