Connectivity Sales - District Manager
Pave the way for district excellence in sales and operational performance as a Connectivity + Internet Sales - District Manager.
With Premium, you will become a critical part of our established organization, one with a proven record of accomplishment for 3PL client contract excellence and leading retail-market influence. As a District Manager, you will help spark sales for popular brands and carriers within the wireless industry for a leading retailer in North America.
What will you do?
- Effectively manage your team through creative planning & coaching, establishing market identity and sales-influence within our client locations.
- Implement effective recruiting strategies for your team of multi-unit managers, to support top talent, while further developing program proficiency.
- Analyze market impressions for briefings with leadership – identifying territory vulnerabilities for increases in performance, while problem-solving and supplying recommendations for our evolving business.
- Develop professional relationships with local client leaders for quality assurance purposes, building rapport for future-growth.
- Conduct regular field visits with your team, maintaining high visibility presence within your district to prove culture for achievement – lead by example approach always implemented.

What experience should you have?
- Five years of comparable management experience – retail, consumer-electronics, and related solutions-services preferred.
- Five years of applicable multi-unit 3PL client history.
- While a bachelor's equivalent is preferred for education, we do not require an undergraduate degree for consideration with our team.
- We are looking for highly motivated leaders, with a strong drive for success in field sales & customer service excellence.
