What you'll be doing:

  • Work to develop, lead, and participate in business unit and area sales plans designed to increase Digital Transformation (DX) participation in our territory.
  • Collaborate and provide strategic planning to local sales management and business units.
  • Identify sales and service coverage gaps to grow each of the components within the Caltrol portfolio, including developing plans to overcome identified barriers to growth.
  • Provide input, develop competitor strategies and participate in territory marketing campaigns.
  • Suggest new products, enhancement to existing products and potential partnerships.
  • Provide feedback and support to business units on products, wireless networks and product gaps.
  • Suggest pricing and discounting optimal to win opportunities and for growth.
  • Develop and provide measures that provide information on company performance.

  • Participate in forecasting activities and works alongside the local sales management team to achieve sales goals.
  • Works closely with sales management, business unit leaders, and factory support personnel.

What we're looking for:

  • B.S. degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Six (6) years of industry experience; three (3) of which must be in sales or marketing
  • Background in IT, Software Sales, Principle and Data Analytics a plus
  • Experience with ApenTech Products a Plus
  • Ability to work closely with all levels in an organization
  • Technical and application expertise in training the sales channel to ensure their readiness to communicate the DX vision to customers.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Dedication and Commitment to deliver quality services
  • Accountable, self-directed and self-motivated

Travel:

Will spend at least 50%+ of time traveling with salespeople and face-to-face with customers. Occasional overnights for training or company events. Willing to work outside of standard business hours.

Salary Range:

The hiring range for this position is $127,000 - $185,000. This is the pay scale range Caltrol reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of this posting. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary based on geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience of the candidate along with the requirements of the position.
