  • Assists Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the store
  • Training new employees to use company software and successful sales techniques
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to development new sales strategies
  • Lead training and developing new sales employees
  • Resolves customer and employee issues
  • Promptly and frequently communicate with customers, department heads, and executive leadership
  • Evaluate staff's performance using metrics and conducting Performance Impact Meetings (PIM) on a weekly basis
  • Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner
  • Identify current and future customers' needs by building rapport and providing quality customer service
  • Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
  • Communicates new processes, policies, procedures and products in a timely manner to their staff
  • Motivate staff to provide top customer service throughout the entire sales process and up to delivery
