Mt. Carmel is an independent insurance brokerage located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with access to many insurance companies. Our brokers provide the best value in rates and coverage in the market today. In addition to serving the state of Colorado, a capstone of our client base are customers and employees of Phil Long Dealerships, the largest privately held automotive group in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, prompt, accurate and friendly customer service.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Daily prospecting/cold calling to develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Visit establishments to evaluate needs or to promote product or service sales.
• Maintain customer records using automated systems.

A Great Candidate

• Holds a current Colorado Property and Casualty License.
• Goes the extra mile to engage and serve customers.
• Has previous experience selling insurance policies and knowledge of required insurance documentation.
• Has access to transportation.
• Is a great communicator and detail-oriented.

This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday.
