We are a local dental lab in Pennsylvania but operating across the nation. Our company makes restorative dental products with new and advanced CAD/CAM equipment. The Dental Lab is one of the top labs in creating smiles with brand-new, easy, and efficient technology.

John P. Collins founded the company in 1989 and named it Cornerstone Bio-Comp. We have since evolved from a traditional porcelain lab to a full-service business. We have a new all-encompassing name that represents our mission: The Dental Lab. Our lab consists of Amsterdam, Broadway, Collins, and Cornerstone Dental Labs. Together, we are the premier choice for restorative dentistry. We serve as an end-to-end provider for affordable dental restorations.

Job Description:

This job is for an energetic, aggressive self-starter who is capable of managing outbound phone contact with existing and prospective clients nationwide. The position requires excellent organization, computer and phone skills, and the ability to achieve corporate goals and to be a team player. You will report directly to the Sales Director.

Responsibilities:

• Calling prospective clients
• Account management
• Maintain accurate and frequent customer information within internal database systems
• Qualifying, following-up and tracking sales leads
• Assists in providing support and/or guidance to clients
• Assist and supports the sales team

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience required
• Track record of over-achieving
• Charismatic and outgoing
• Good time management is required
• Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office business applications
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet corporate goals
• Possess good judgment and attention to detail
• Energetic and positive attitude

Hours (Full-time): Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Flexible hours)
