Job Description: Director of Multi Family Sales
Reports To: Vice President of Multifamily Sales
Assignment Focus: Through a high energy approach, the Director of Multi Family Sales will work in conjunction with the leadership team to onboard and train new sales reps. The primary responsibility will be to provide training and support to new and existing sales reps in order accelerate sales growth. The Director of Multi Family Sales will work closely with the Vice President of Multifamily Sales to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies as well as ensure reps are on target to meet sales objectives. The successful candidate will be energetic and persuasive, with a natural ability to mentor a high energy team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepares new Account Executives by conducting orientation to the sales process, develops coaching plan, provides ongoing support and mentorship to achieve sales goals
- Collaborates with the executive leadership team to develop sales forecast and strategies
- Work with sales and operations teams to implement sales strategies
- Drive the successful implementation and adoption of sales platforms
- Monitor sales activity and pipeline development in CRM to ensure sales goals are on track
- Meet with local leadership to assess sales performance and operational issues
- Attend trade shows and client events as needed

Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base plus commission

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
