SUMMARY: Looking for energetic, professional sales reps who have high integrity and a willingness to help homeowners understand the benefits of solar. The position is with a well-established business who has been serving the Houston area for 3 decades.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Run Scheduled appointments
• E-mail sales, installation and finance information to the finance manager and/or GSM
• Plan and carry out direct marketing activities.
• Respond to and follow up sales inquiries/personal visits.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support.
• Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
• Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
• Attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
• Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prefered Sales experience.
• High level of motivation.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and automobile insurance.
• Must pass background check.
• Other skills required:

Potential earnings of 100k+ with a bonus structure on top. Compensation plans are available for either Salary plus bonus or commission plus bonus. The company will provide and schedule appointments, as many as 3 per day.

Language – Ability to read and interpret documents such as marketing and accounting reports and correspondences. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

Mathematical – Ability to ad, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ration, percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
