Inside Sales - Lead Manager

Are you hard working, driven by results, and looking for opportunities to excel? We are looking for a Lead Manager to nurture and maintain our database of leads. The right person for this role is friendly, professional on the phone and is genuinely interested in helping clients.

Responsibilities:

• Be First Contact for Inbound Leads
• Outbound follow-up with Warm Leads
• Specialized Prospecting to Industry Professionals
• Specialized Prospecting to High Target Leads
• Schedule Appointments
• Update & Monitor CRM

Qualifications:

• Able to speak and write English professionally
• Comfortable on the phone
• Comfortable with sales
• Previous telemarketing/call center/sales experience is a plus
• Understanding of the US real estate industry is preferred
• Able to work weekdays 11am to 8pm EST

Compensation:

• $16-$18 per hour base pay dependent on experience
• Monthly Commission
• 3 Month, 6 Month, 12 Month Bonus Payment Structures
