Fast-Fix Jewelry & Watch Repair (Stonebriar Centre next to Dillards) – Frisco, TX

We do it all: Jewelry Repair, Watch Repair, Eyeglass Repair, Custom Jewelry Design and Personalized Engraving Services. We also sell a broad selection of Jewelry, Watches, Engraving Giftware, and Accessories.

Job Description : Sales Manager

Well seasoned manager that brings 10+ years of leadership experience.

Bring ideas to improve profitability and work efficiency.

Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting and training staff.
Improve results through leadership, coaching, counselling and disciplining employees.
Maintain weekly employee reviews.

Create monthly work schedule.
Setting financial objectives including individual sales performance and controlling expenses.
Ensures availability of merchandise and services by maintaining adequate inventories.
Ensure store cleanliness and equipment and tools are kept in good operating order.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
