The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for supporting the acquisition of customers and projects in close coordination with the key account managers and management. This role will help develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty. The ideal candidate should have a drive for results in a collaborative environment, communicate in a tactful yet open manner and takes ownership of tasks, actions and behaviors.
What you will do
- Record planning (e.g. APO-monthly rolling planning) according to specifications of key account managers and management.
- Support Global and Key account managers in budget activities.
- Independently care for customer requests and orders; take care of the national and international correspondence
- Intervene when there are deviations during the sales processing and participate in the solution finding for these in coordination with the functional department.
- Support customer demands and develop customer offers in close coordination with key account managers
- Gather, compile and edit information about competitors
- Create and track offers according to specifications of key account managers and management
- Support the sales departments of subsidiaries
- Assist in the preparation of customer events and participate in fairs and presentations
- Independently process customer orders in the development process (delivery notes, invoices)
- Spare parts management (spare parts supervision, management, and assortment clearing)
- Receive and coordinate customer request of technical and commercial nature for further processing
- Support key account managers in regional and global acquisition projects
- Assist in the creation of customer specific documentation including set up of new customers in SAP
- Coordinate orders and relevant activities with cross-functional teams
- Create and maintain Grammer part numbers in SAP (circular data)
- Review and maintain pricing in SAP in accordance with Grammer processes (price maintenance)
- Create and update standard reports (opportunities, risks, accruals, etc.)
- Maintain SAP-master data according to customer and material data and contractual terms
- Clarify sampling and delivery dates with customers
- Participate in target/performance comparisons (CM2, sales, costs), create forecasts and analyze deviations
- Participate in claim negotiations (customer demands due to contractual terms)
- Support Key Account Manager in Engineering Change Management
- Support daily activities in Customer web portals
What We Need From You…
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related degree and or experience
- 3 years or professional experience in a similar role
- Strong written and oral business communication skills
- Understanding of basic legal T&C

- Must be proficient in Excel
