What We Need:
We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings team.
This position is responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive, multi-dimensional strategy to support and grow the sale of Architectural Products within the Allsteel distribution network. This includes developing and activating Allsteel’s Architectural Products’ go-to-market strategy for new product launches as well as creating and executing a strategy to extend the lifecycle of the existing product portfolio.
What You Will Do:
- The strategic development and deployment of AP’s merchandising & training strategy roadmap, including the support of new product launches as well as supporting existing products through their lifecycle
- Working collaboratively and cross-functionally with marketing, training, product, sales, and/or training team(s) to create or update sales tools, presentations, brochures, imagery, renderings, and other marketing assets to support our internal sales team and external dealer network
- Organizing & hosting internal and external training sessions (including live, webinar, or recorded formats) to drive and support intended business outcomes
- Day-to-day support and guidance for sales team, including proposal/RFP support and occasional presentations for strategic clients
What You Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Training or marketing content development experience
- Knowledge of HNI products and go-to-market strategy preferred
What You’re Good At:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external customers
- Strong problem-solving, presentation, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience creating sales, marketing, and/or training presentations and tools in PowerPoint or other Microsoft Office or Adobe software
- Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize different initiatives accordingly to meet deadlines
