DebtEaze is a growing debt relief company looking to add enrollment agents to our team! We adhere to strict compliance standards and provide much-needed help to borrowers struggling with their federal student loan debt.
This is an house position so you must be able to come into the office Monday-Friday. We are looking for people with sales experience that are hungry to make a difference in people's lives and help them navigate a stressful area. Chances are, they do not know who their current lender is as their loans got passed off 1-2 times during the payment pause and now suddenly will have a huge bill looming over them at the end of summer. We want to help them secure the benefits they are entitled to and get them on a path to student loan forgiveness. If you have experience in auto warranty, debt collections/consolidations, home insurance, etc. we would love to talk with you.

Duties:
- Answering inbound calls
- Qualifying and educating leads while creating expectations and timelines
- Utilizing a consultative sales approach to explain programs and services
- Identifying opportunities, building value, overcoming objections, and converting to sales
- Maintaining a high closing ratio while adhering to compliance standards
- Corresponding with clients via phone, email, and SMS
- Maintaining pipeline
- Managing leads efficiently to ensure that all monthly sales goals are met
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
