BDC Representative | Customer Service Representative

Fletcher Chrysler is looking for friendly, hardworking individuals with great phone skills to fulfill the service & sales call center positions that are open. Our business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an energetic individual with great customer service skills to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Schedules service & sales appointments
• Reschedules missed service & sales appointments
• Makes daily call quota of 80-100 calls per day
• Respond to inbound internet leads by phone, text message, and email
• Books appointments based on maintenance schedule per brand and in accordance with company policies and manufacturers specifications
• Assists with answering customer inquiries and problems by routing customer to the contact and or department
• Understands the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technology changes
• Follows all attendance and punctuality standards and adheres to timekeeping standards
• Follows the Company Code of Business Ethics and Conduct
• Understands and follows all work rules and procedures and follows lawful directions from Supervisors
• Upholds the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements
• Maintains a professional appearance in accordance with company policy
• Attends pertinent training and stay current with the service department concerns and service techniques
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per year

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
