NDP EMS is seeking an experienced full-time Patient Account Representative. The person in this role will be responsible for billing, timely follow-up, and collections for a high-volume and extremely fast-paced office. The candidate will work with patients and their representatives as well as insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims. Responsibilities would also include coding of claims. Attention to detail, knowledge of medical terminology, and insurance are essential as well as timely follow-ups and appeals. Persistence is key to a successful candidate.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
