The Sales Assistant provides administrative support to a team of remote and onsite salespeople.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing and following up on customer quotations.
• Submitting and following up on art and estimating requests.
• Setting up new customers, inputting information, and maintaining spreadsheets and databases.
• Checking the status of shop production items, installations, surveys, and customer payments.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years in fast-paced support role in a similar industry (i.e. manufacturing, trades, construction, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams as well as various databases.
• Sense of urgency and excellent follow-through.
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to take direction from multiple people, prioritize appropriately, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
