Overview:

Safe-Com Wireless designs and manufactures wireless communications equipment for first responders. Our growing business provides the most advanced in-building Distributed Antenna Systems available in the market.

As an Inside Sales Representative for Safe-Com Wireless, you are responsible for providing exceptional customer satisfaction by effectively handling customer sales inquiries and introducing the Company and our products, through inbound and outbound phone calls. You must also be comfortable building relationships with new and existing customers, generating interest in the product lineup, and closing sales. The position requires excellent organization, computer and phone skills.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate and frequent customer and proposal information within CRM system.

· Qualifying, following-up and tracking sales leads

· Assist in providing support and/or guidance to clients.

· Assist in assessing customer needs and developing proposals.

· Participate in marketing activities as needed.

· Maintain and post to social media accounts (FB, LinkedIn etc.)

Skills/Qualifications:

· Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

· Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

· Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlines.

· Possess good judgment and attention to detail.

· Energetic and positive attitude

· Technical aptitude sufficient to provide first level technical support for product features and functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
