Customer Service/ Sales

Non-Supervisory


Summary

Provides assistance and support to: the General
Sales Manager through networking & building a foundation of lasting client
service to all potential and existing customers.


Essential Duties


  • Responsible
    for Initiating and maintaining long lasting relationships with prospective
    & existing clients
  • Responsible
    to achieve all Sales goals assigned by management
  • Responsible
    to provide a high level of customer service and professionalism at all
    times
  • Responsible
    for analyzing customer needs to make appropriate product and brand
    recommendations
  • Responsible
    to make suitable product demonstrations
  • Responsible
    for the negotiation of deals with clients
  • Accurately
    logging activities on the internal lead/client relations management (CRM)
    system
  • Maintaining
    a thorough education of the entire brand lineup
  • Personally
    delivering sold vehicles to ensure quality service and to generate
    referrals
  • Responsible
    to maintain thorough & up-dated product knowledge of the entire brand
    lineup
  • Responsible
    to personally deliver sold vehicles to ensure quality service and to
    generate referrals
  • Responsible
    for conducting business development and networking activities to generate
    sales
  • Responsible
    for adhering and removing dealer tags on all demo cars
  • Responsible
    for all Dealership vehicle keys signed out
  • Responsible
    for the safe operation of all dealership vehicles
  • Responsible
    to move vehicles on and off dealership lot
  • Responsible
    to move & maintain the
    organization of vehicles on the dealership lot maintaining a straight lot
  • Responsible
    to ensure all vehicles are clean for customers
  • Responsible
    to achieve all metrics set by management
  • Responsible
    to resolve all customer service issues
  • Responsible
    to follow the company’s “10 things needed to work a deal” program
  • Responsible
    for the full and complete accuracy in all paperwork
  • Responsible
    to complete all Dealer Exchange transfers as assigned by management
  • Responsible
    to maintain a clean, neat and organized work area
  • Responsible
    to maintain a polished & professional appearance in accordance with
    the company dress code
  • Responsible
    to ensure dealership show room is clean and customer ready
  • Must
    honestly complete all deals with integrity
  • Will
    complete all tasks as assigned by management
  • Responsible
    to train new sales consultants as assigned by management
  • Responsible
    for snow removal & Clean up
  • Responsible
    to maintain correspondence with management for store openings and closing

Education
and/or Experience:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Prior experience working in customer service or sales preferred
  • Previous experience working in car sales preferred

  • Valid Driver's
License
  • Must obtain a
Sales License
  • Must present an
acceptable driving record
