Full description of the position

Our privately family-owned used car dealership is seeking ONLY the best of the best Sales and Finance consultants with a proven and winning track record to join our team! Right candidate will finish the deal from start to finish.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sell used cars and Finance & Insurance products to customers.
  • Maintain an impeccable reputation with lenders.
  • Produce & submit accurate paperwork for title work and to secure timely funding.
  • Meet and exceed monthly objectives.
  • Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations as they apply to Finance & Insurance.

  • 2+ years of dealership sales finance experience is preferred
  • Prior automotive sales management experience is a plus
  • A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
  • Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Excellent interpersonal communication with working knowledge of computers
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
  • Clean Background and Drug Free
  • Great Attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cleveland, OH: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
