POSITION DETAILS

Position: Director of Business Operations

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah

Pay: $88K – $111K

Summary: As the Director of Business Operations, you will report directly to ARB’s Managing Executive Director, overseeing several support teams and working with the leadership team at ARB to improve company performance and establish long-range goals, strategies, and policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee finance, operations, and front office support teams. • Evaluate and implement systems that improve company operations. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Executive Director.
