JOB DESCRIPTION:

Thoughtful Threads (Looking for both Full Time as well as Part-Time)

The essential job functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Greets and responds, and attends to customer requests.
• Responsible for following customer satisfaction behaviors, including being friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and passionate.
• Responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied at all times.
• Effectively deal with difficult situations, including but not limited to dissatisfied customers or emergencies.
• Handles multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Handles cash, credit cards, or other forms of tender appropriately.
• Adheres to all Federal, State and Local regulations.
• Ability to maintain department sanitation and quality standards by cleaning and sanitizing all work surfaces, equipment and keeping floor clear of debris and spills.
• Meets all work schedules and complies with all time and attendance policies.

Minimum Skills and Qualifications

• Thoughtful Threads Associates must be attentive and precise, and able to work in a fast-paced environment where they will be expected to switch tasks frequently to fulfill customer requests.

• Able to work well with others as a team.

Physical Demands

• Able to stand and/or walk for a scheduled shift.
• Required to bend, twist, reach, push, and pull.
• Able to work in varying temperatures.
• Able to work with various fresh, dried, and/or processed products, spices, and powdered substances without negative allergic consequences.
• Able to tolerate moderate amounts of dust and cleaning agents during routine housekeeping duties
