Full description of the position
Questline is searching for a Sales Executive to be our primary lead for New Client Acquisitions. This role is accountable for securing solution-based New Business Sales by forging strong relationships with key prospect stakeholders at a decision-making level to ensure that Questline is considered an integral digital marketing and communications partner. This role requires partnering with internal teams in the creation and execution of account strategy plans, while delivering exceptional product and service solutions. The Sales Executive will drive New Business growth and manage all aspects of New Business opportunities with prospective clients.

- Relationship: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at assigned prospects that result in New Business opportunities.
- Solution: Use BI to quantitatively improve the prospective client’s outcomes by introducing and presenting digital communications or marketing solutions, across all silos and levels at assigned prospective clients.
- Growth: Own and manage a pipeline that results in the achievement of a net-new annual sales quota for an assigned territory.
COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) and EXPERIENCE:
- Significant sales experience in data-driven digital communications; content marketing or agency experience preferred
- Proven experience using data and analytics to quantify outcomes and sell the effectiveness of solutions and/or services
- Articulate and highly motivated self-starter who has the capacity to take ownership of Opportunities and help prospects think in a different way
- Excellent presentation skills and clear, effective writing skills
- Positive, solutions-oriented approach driven by a passion for expanding relationships with prospects, resulting in closed won opportunities
- Digital strategic communications planning partner, with the ability to recognize and respond to diverse prospect demands and manage prospect expectations accordingly
- CRM experience: Salesforce experience highly preferred
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Proficient in managing the financial aspects of new opportunities with an aptitude and desire to learn more (e.g., sales and revenue planning, proposals and contracts, sales projections)
- Demonstrates positive and respectful collaboration and maintains constructive internal and external working relationships when dealing with uncomfortable situations and/or conflict and/or when resolving issues
- Proficiency in guiding prospects through and to strategic communications solutions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in the energy utility industry preferred, but not required
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Standard Office Environment or Remote (travel as permitted by clients)
