Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and provide timely, detailed followup with customers in requoting agency's current book of business.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Property and Casualty license is preferred
• Health and Life license is preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Prepare detailed proposals with accuracy and timeliness
• People-oriented
• Self-motivated
• Proactive in problem solving
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,200.00 - $42,000.00 per year
