Real Estate Agent Responsibilities:
- Nurturing company provided leads and prospect new lead generation through in person meetings, phone calls, social media, and open houses
- Working closely with buyers and sellers to lead the sales transaction
- Negotiating contracts and handling client issues
Real Estate Agent Qualifications:
- You should have an engaging personality & great attitude
- Be personable, honest, and interested in helping others
- Highly organized with attention to detail and comfortable with technology
- Self-motivated, driven, and smart
- Desire to learn new skills
- You must have an active real estate license to work as a real estate agent for any brokerage in the state. Feel free to ask us any questions you have about the licensing process
Additional Information:
Real estate agents are independent contractors, so your income potential is unlimited. Generally, full-time real estate agents can earn $55,000 - $200,000, but some earn far more.
