The Role You'll Love:
As a member of our Business Development Team, you will be binging your wealth of experience to market our Private Home Care Services to the Community. You’ll be the friendly face that guides families through their transition into receiving Home Care Services. You’ll showcase your exceptional interpersonal skills by connecting with individuals, understanding their needs, and ensuring a seamless admission process. Your keen eye for detail and organizational wizardry will shine as you coordinate with various departments to create a great admissions process. Your Qualifications
Solid Experience: You bring a wealth of admissions experience, ideally within a private Home Care or a healthcare setting. Your understanding of admissions processes and regulations will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Compassionate Nature: Your genuine empathy and compassion set you apart. You have a knack for making people feel heard, understood, and cared for, and you’re eager to extend that warmth to our clients and their families.
Organizational Superpowers: From managing multiple tasks to juggling priorities, you’re a master of organization. Your meticulous attention to detail ensures that nothing falls through the cracks.
Stellar Communication Skills: Whether it’s speaking with families, collaborating with team members, or liaising with external partners, your exceptional communication skills foster strong relationships and builds trust.
Your Duties:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective business strategies.
- Lead the development and execution of project plans to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services.
