C&W Trucking is searching for a Business Development Manager -- DRY VAN, to join our Sales team in Bettendorf, IA

Job Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities by meeting outbound call metrics and lead generation
• Responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads and moving them through the sales pipeline
• Identify the critical decision makers and schedule monthly face-to-face meetings where applicable
• Source new sales opportunities by making an outbound call
• Identify customer pain points and determine the best solution for the customer
• Driving measurable sales results by meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals

Skills We’re Looking For:

• High-energy, forward thinking individual who can focus on the details!
• Ability to work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results
• Multitasking ability with the drive to get the job done
• A knack for technology with a high level of proficiency with MS Office apps

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field
• Experience in trucking or logistics industry is a plus!

Job Type

• Full time, 40 hrs/week, Monday through Friday
• Daily hours flexible, 40 hours minimum
