EXPERIENCED 3PL SALES MANAGER

Sendsy® (A Gara Group® Company - an Inc. 5000 company), is seeking an Experienced 3PL Sales Manager for a remarkable opportunity to work with an International Shipping company based in Miami, FL.

The position requires a full-time commitment. In addition, the qualified candidate must have 7+ years of experience in Third Party Logistics sales / B2B. This position offers a competitive base salary, commission, and bonuses.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the President
• Growing clients and generating new business and related research to generate leads
• Hiring and mentoring new team members
• Developing a sales plan for their team and facilitating communication between the team and upper management
• Achieve Sales targets
• Developing routine business regularly
• Work with the marketing team to generate sales and participate in sales meetings
• Follow-up for collection of payment

Job Requirements:

• 7+ years of related work experience (3PL Sales Manager)
• Demonstrated record of closing deals and meeting / exceeding sales quotas.
• Persuasion, Public relations, Networking, Marketing / Customer retention
• B2B / Clients - Industries we could provide services: Health, Nutrition, Tech Devices, Cosmetics, Clothing, Kitchenware, Artwork, etc.
• Proficiency in the English language, bilingual desirable.
• Ability to motivate and lead teams.
• Exercise discretion and judgment and perform under pressure.
• Strong verbal communication skills / Frequent communications with internal staff at all levels.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Ability to strategize to meet goals / Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Superior work ethic
• Proactive attitude with the ability to problem-solve
• Ability to motivate and lead teams / Team player mentality
• Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
