Job Summary:

We’re looking for an active customer-focused team player with exceptional sales skills to support multiple extended-stay hotels. You’ll be responsible for supporting property General Managers regarding Sales Leads. This includes not only using a General Manager created Sales Lead Tracker (SLT), but also soliciting new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets via outside sales calls, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking. Responsibilities:

• Using General Manager created Sales Lead Tracker (SLT) to generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking
• Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities
• Establish and grow our market share by developing and maintaining relationships with the major group and catering clients
• Supports property General Managers with achieving the hotel's overall sales goals
• Other duties as assigned
